Colliding Lines is a small team, so everything below lands with a person rather than a department. Say which of these your message is about and it will get to the right one of us faster.

• General enquiries — anything that does not fit the categories underneath, including press and archive requests.
• Live programming — proposals for shows, festival strands and touring dates. What the work is, who is involved and roughly when is enough to start; the fuller version is under Work With Us.
• Publishing — submissions of print, object and sound work. Please read the Submissions page first: it says what we publish, when we read and how long a reply takes.
• Volunteering — crewing live shows and publishing days. Roles, dates and what is provided are set out under Volunteer.
• Orders and stockists — questions about an order, a sold-out title, a swap or wholesale terms for shops and libraries. See the Shop page.

We answer everything, including the things we have to turn down. If you have not heard back within a fortnight, send it again — it will have gone astray rather than been ignored.
